The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious for a business/staycation hotel. It's perfect if you want to access Jakarta without the hassle of traffic, as it's close to the LRT.

Location & Access The hotel is directly connected to Pakuwon Mall Bekasi, making it very easy to eat, watch movies, or shop without leaving the hotel. The hotel is also close to Bekasi Cyber Park and Revo Mall. Toll access is also nearby. The rooms are modern and minimalist in style. - Comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, soundproofing. - Clean bathrooms, hot water. - Fast free Wi-Fi throughout. - Comfortable Family Suites with pool access.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, still new. The facilities are good, and there's access to the mall. The staff are very friendly, especially the lady who handled check-in and check-out—I forgot her name. I'll definitely come back and try a different room type.

Oh my God, the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. The room isn't that big for the price, but the amenities are complete, and what I appreciate most is that all the staff are friendly and helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness needs more details. I found a spider crawling on my pillow, and the blanket had a slightly funky smell.
