Very picturesque, quiet, and comfortable inn. Free breakfast, and right downtown for easy access to restaurants, Seaside boardwalk and near the airport. Recommended.

This was our second stay here, great location on beach and downtown. Breakfast is a bonus.

Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast space is very small- only 2 tables but has trays and covers to take breakfast back to room. Very convenient to downtown Sidney and a grocery store right across the street. Loved the little deck with table and chairs right outside our room.

Yes, the breakfast was fresh , delicious, and pretty clean room , and all the areas pretty clean as well.

Staff stayed l ate for our arrival and assisted with luggage. Breakfast was good and over a reasonable period of time. Staff were always friendly. Great location.

This is my second visit to the Sydney Waterfront Inn and Suites. This time we had the city view with a nice veranda to watch the world drift by from our upstairs vantage point. The room and amenities were excellent. The whirl pool tub was so refreshing, what a great feature!! The electric fireplace added some nice ambiance after a long day of seeing the sites. The desk staff and the housekeeping staff are a true asset to the hotel.Close to a bakery, several great restaurants and the awesome seashore it hits all the bells . We'll be back next year for our third visit and hopefully book the ocean side veranda room . I believe the daily rate to be indicative of a five star establishment. Cheers to the staff and owners !! The staff was good. Didn't know there was stairs. I have a spinal injury so they helped me with my luggage.

What a neat little hotel. It is a little older however they have gone above and beyond with adding the extras in the rooms then many hotels ie. on pillowcases it is embroidered what the pillow rates soft firm etc. what a nice little touch. Great location and lots of parking. Rates reasonable as well.
