Lovely hotel in a quiet location, near to the beach by taxi 10 mins, walking 20 mins. Hotel was beautifully decorated, staff were all lovely and friendly. The sea view rooms were better as not over the pool with all the music noise. My room had a leak from the shower in to the toilet and bedroom, which didn't get fixed after 4 nights. The pool area was lovely although they have about 25 massive speakers all around the pool area playing music non-stop all day long, which at times can be a bit annoying, and a few times I had to ask if they can turn it down a bit, 80db especially the speakers are right by your head. But they understood. Its more for younger people who like music all day long, but not very relaxing. The breakfast was ok, but bit basic and slow to get any service or help. The front desk and bar staff were very attentative and couldn't do enough to help. A great place to stay with friends for just a few days to party, but not if you want peace and quiet.

So happy we selected this hotel! We were initially thoughtful as it opened recently and Greece is very busy in the Summer, but it’s worth every penny. Helpful staff, good breakfast, good pool.

We loved staying here as a family. The room was really well done for space. The pool deck was fantastic. All staff was kind and helpful, especially Raphael. The food was excellent. The art in the hotel is gorgeous. All around great stay.

They had booked out the pool and facilities for a private party all day and night, so there was nothing for guests to use

Its new and seems like they are still trying to work things out, roof bar "under construction" and the lights outside room stay on all night, cannot be switched off !! "sorry for the inconvenience" !! but biggest issue is its some distance, 20 plus minutes walk to restaurants and shops. its OK if you just want to instagram by pool but that is about all this offers

A beautifully designed hotel with lots of thoughtful sustainable touches. Sadly let down by staff not being attentive, we asked several time repeatedly for drinks and meals that didn’t come quite as expected. Hope these are just teething problems as Good otherwise.

We had a lovely stay at the Ace Hotel Athens. The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the pool area was beautiful and the food was delicious. Also the communal area inside was stunning! However, it felt a bit chaotic around the hotel and in the restaurant. We weren't advised there was going to be an event (pool party) the next day until we checked in, so the pool was closed in the morning to prepare for the event, sadly we couldn't use it. We also waited a long time for breakfast. One of the servers did mention it was an unexpectedly busy morning, assuming this was also because of the event too.

Incheckningen fungerade smidigt men resten av vistelsen var en besvikelse. Frukosten var kaos – ofta 40–50 min väntetid, felbeställningar, och ingen i personalen skrev ner något. Vi köpte extra frukostpaket, men buffén var liten och kaffe, ägg eller juice kostade extra. Undvik frukosten – de saknar helt kompetens. Kaffet serverades skållhett (brännrisk). Rummen var små men fina, dock fanns bara schampo – ingen duschtvål. Poolen är soluppvärmd och iskall på förmiddagen, men en asiatisk tjej i personalen vid poolen var fantastisk. Kvällsutbudet på hotellet var mycket begränsat och stämningen rätt död – bättre att åka någon annanstans. Vi brukar uppskatta Ace Hotels, men denna gång var helhetsupplevelsen riktigt dålig.

Very nice hotel, rooms a little small but okay Pool can be a little loud nd specially a lot of kids in the weekend Would recommend room away from pool area … but we are definately coming back

Service: Bra service og hyggelig personal, men mye rot med bestilling av frokost, og bestilling av drikke ved bassVi prøvde å bestille drikke ved bassenget ved 3 forskjellige anledninger, men fikk aldri noe.
