Our apartment was so big and the kitchenette was so helpful to have. The location was great, with a few minutes walk to Val d’Europe shopping mall and the train station.

Great location, comfortable bed

We really enjoyed our stay here on a trip to Disneyland Paris. The room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The kitchen area provided a good sized fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and toaster. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the train station and the shopping mall. It’s also only 1 mile from Disneyland so you could either walk or take the short train journey along. The price was also pretty good compared to other places we’ve stayed around Val d’Europe which didn’t offer as many room facilities as this hotel.

Really lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Stayed with my daughter for Disney trip. Was excellent location near the RER train station. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool is small but was good facility to offer and we used a couple times. Great restaurants nearby and also Val d'Europe shopping centre and sealife which we went to on a downtime day. We would definitely stay again and I'd highly recommend to anyone especially those going to Disneyland Paris

The property is in a brilliant location 50 feet on the left in next street is a supermarket cross at the pedestrian crossing and walk along street for minutes and you will be at the red train station with the bus station behind on both sides of the road there is shops bakeries restaurants and cafes walk past the rer station for minutes and you will enter the shopping centre the apartment block is done on an art deco theme bright and clean the lift is very efficient our 2 bedroom apartment had a really big bathroom with walk in shower and an extra toilet both bedrooms were doubles and a double sofa bed a kitchen with everything you need fridge freezer microwave kettle the staff are very pleasant you would be hard pressed to find a better place

The room and location were both excellent. I will explain my 4 star rating as I am an extremely picky person and hard to please, and most people would find their stay to be 5 star. The POSITIVES: 1) Big room with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. 2) Electric blackout blinds: a totally dark room at night makes a huge difference to good sleep. 3) Silent room: extremely important to my family. I suffer from a chronic illness and good sleep is the only thing that gives me any relief. 4) Great air con: The last thing I want is to be uncomfortable, especially with a young child. The air con is a luxury that I appreciate. 5) Location: within a stone's throw of the huge mall (Val D' Europe) and multiple restaurants and a convenience shop on the same block. Very useful especially for families with children. Things that they can IMPROVE (some are just my preference): 1) A safe I the room would be ver useful, as I was nervous leaving our passports and risking losing them at the parks was not a great prospect. 2) They should make shampoo/conditioner dispensers and hair dryers available both in the rooms, and in the pool changing areas. 3) The pool was very cold, even in June. 4) The music at the reception was consistently rap and R&B, accompanied by an ugly looking speaker they had on the floor. This made the hotel feel cheap, as they can easily have integrated speakers into the walls and have more neutral music playing. Overall, 8/10 for comfort.

Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area. For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles.

Excellent location with convenient access to both Paris and the Disney Parks by train, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with storage and extra pillows. The bed was incredibly comfortable after long days at Disney. Staff were friendly, the area felt safe, and the location was perfect — walkable to Disney with easy metro access. We’d happily stay again!

Everything was perfect. I would be going back to this place whenever I want to go to Paris. Love the team!!

The property was not far away from Disneyland only 25min walk property was clean but I would of been happier if they changed towels on daily basis and cleaned rooms as our bin was full the soap next to sink kept falling off and some mouldy stains on tap where’s sink other than that the deposit should of been mentioned at the beginning of confirmation. I think also there was a little miscommunication as their English wasn’t well. But I should learn speak French . So it’s on me too. Other than that’s it was ok they friendly and helpful 😊

Arrived at the time which we got told to check in at to get told our room isn't ready and have to wait near an hour & half . Signs up in the reception saying bar

If you are looking to go to Disneyland Paris and are not staying on site this is a great hotel. Great location. Shopping centre just up the street. Nice restaurants and bars along the way. Just a 20 min walk to DLP which means you avoid all the rush for trains and cars after the fireworks if you want to. Rooms are sleek and modern inside. Underground parking is secure. Good value room in an a good location.

We enjoyed our stay. We reserved a room for 4 days, 3 nights and the property was great. Close by to the Val d’europ station where we board the metro about 2 minutes away from the hotel. The metro was a 4 minute ride into Disney. Close by restaurants and a mall nearby. Very suburban so the location was very quiet.

Great place to stay for Disney will definitely come back here again. Room was very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed.
