Limited dining but easy airport shuttle

Very nice rooms & easy airport shuttle even at 0500 am!

Helpful , clean , ideal location , wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend

initially, it was difficult to find as the taxi driver could not locate, so I’m gonna include a photo of the road. It’s on and a picture of the hotel.. other than that, it’s a lovely place. We had two beds with air conditioning with a balcony that we sat and ate our breakfast in the… it’s a little bit of a distance to the town, but 10 or 15 minutes maximum.. the most important thing Rocio, the host is absolutely one of the sweetest lovely person I’ve ever met.. she was there to help us with everything from getting tours, making sure we had water. She even loaned me her water bottle.!.. was always there whenever we needed her… I think this will be a very enjoyable day for anybody highly recommend it.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage and use their facilities until we needed to catch our ferry.

In the room a light bulb was out, the shower head was cracked and clogged so water went everywhere, and the shower drain was clogged. Beside that it was impresive. Their service (staff) is impecable, extremely good. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfortable, good towels, and so on. We'll stay there again.

Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, very clean. The office stored my bags so that I could explore Quito after checking out. And, provided a shuttle to the airport.

The room was lovely and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are some caveats. Expedia advertises that this hotel includes a free airport shuttle. That is not true. Also, it is not at all clear how to communicate with the hotel. They prefer WhatsApp and the staff only speaks Spanish (maybe Chinese also, not sure).

This is our favourite hotel when flying through Quito. Great value, clean, perfect for this stopover sleep. Includes transfer to the airport.

This is a nice hotel for a stopover near the airport. Very clean. The staff were very kind.

The Staff was great. Wifi good. Clean room. Hot water in shower. Only Cold water is available in the Lav sink. great distance to the airport. we were coming from outside of the Quito area, thus the reason to stay here. For that it is perfect.

I have stayed here 3 times now and their service is always excellent. They are super helpful. At midnight, I don't like taking taxis to the center of Quito so we always spend the 1st night there. The hostal has a unique cute style. It is conveniently located by the airport. The rooms always clean. We will continue staying there, and referring people. Oh, and they always bring breakfast to your room (always delicious and fulfilling) at no extra charge.

Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+
