Comfortable and practical "business" hotel away from the town. I loved the takeaway coffee cups at the breakfast buffet.

The property was clean and well maintained with a modern look. The room had an efficient layout and the beds were comfortable. There was also a decent amount of water pressure and there was ample parking. Two minor issues were the shower design seems odd as water gets all over the floor and it was hard to hear the front desk staff on the phone.

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Red, very clean , great food lovely staff and a few mins drive to Galway city centre.

Checking in was extremely slow Didn’t have my reservation in their system (from Hotels.com) Then they found it and said they’d have to enter everything manually and would I like to have a seat….i asked how long….at least 5 minutes but you can stand here if you want. So we sat down at the bar across from her desk….and then she checked in 3 more parties before getting to our reservation. Checked in successfully and left a credit card deposit…..that she didn’t fully process so we couldn’t use rook charge for pay for our drinks. Overall 30 minutes from arrival at the desk to our room. Not acceptable!

We stayed two nights. The hotel is beautiful, fresh and new. The front desk staff was helpful. We dined in the restaurant and had drinks in the bar. Food and beverage staff was excellent. We enjoyed a few nice conversations with hotel staff! Great recommendations for Galway. Front desk staff assisted us in using local transit service into downtown Galway and had a fantastic day. Double-decker bus is always a novelty. Not aware of any hotel amenities. Shame on us for not asking. Parking was serviceable.

Clean room and bathroom, very modern. Really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very spacious.

The only down side to the hotel is that it’s out of town. Otherwise the rooms are fab, lovely bed, great blackout curtains and the tv is super easy to stream to. The staff are very happy, warm and helpful too.

The property was excellent, the staff amazing and bar tender made a proper vodka martini. The only thing that keeps this from 5 for all aspects is there is no plug in the bathroom, small inconvenience but otherwise I'll stay there again

Staff were very helpful when we showed up and needed two twin beds instead of one queen. They restocked our waters, dishes, and toiletries as we used them. Very much enjoyed our stay

Hotel is spotless clean and still feels new. Decor is modern and tasteful, breakfast is lovely and provides for a varied healthy and full Irish breakfast, Galway is a short walk away and there are nice run routes nearby. Hotel is particularly handy for rugby stadium. Only thing it lacks is gym facilities but there are lovely run routes to make up for this

We were really impressed with the hotel and the quality of care. It is relatively new, and so room facilities, such as the TV being easy to connect to our own streaming services (e.g. Netflix), were welcome. The rooms were kept to a very high standard with great attention to detail, and the breakfasts were fab. The only downside was the lack of a gym to work off all those extra calories consumed!
