From The reception to the check out, the customer service was amazing. The room was well presented. Amazing amenities in the room. Hot water. Wash clothes. Excellent linen -and a fabulous city view.

Great location. Clean and modern room. Included breakfast at the restaurant next store was very good and there were multiple options.

For a new build there's lots wrong here. The building is noisy, as is the area . The building is still under construction and there's only one elevator for 12 floors. There's usually a long wait for elevators. Hot water was hit and miss, 3 showers two cold. Checking in I was asked to pay for insurance, in 6 year's with hundreds of hotel's this is the second time I was asked to pay insurance to stay. They said it wasn't much, my answer is why charge?, Make it part of the visual charges. The room was smallish and although new there's signs of wear and tear. Everything is concrete for the most part. The bed and sheets were nice. Many street noises and interior noises between the floors. An annoying ceiling safety light which strobed with flashes. The entry has a steep slope to enter and wasn't meant for seniors, it's a safety hazard. Add in construction materials left at the base one day which I didn't see and nearly tripped over. A lawsuit waiting to happen in many countries. The breakfast has improved with more choices but the open air restaurant is so loud you can barely hear others speaking. There's also road construction beside the restaurant. This was my second and last try here, this hotel needs better front desk staff. The first time here I was going to extend my stay and they couldn't coordinate a move that didn't require me to move out entirely and wait for a new check-in time, so low budget an experience. This is not a 9+ place to stay

No guests allowed policy. I found the bed mattress uncomfortable, but if you like firm mattresses then you might like it. I checked out after 1 day. My biggest issue is that Expedia says they can't get in contact with the property to issue me a refund for the days I didn't stay. That is a problem.

It is a great property and great area near restaurants, the room was amazing. Looking forward to visit again after rooftop is finished. I left my car key at the room by mistake, just waiting for staff to contact me and hopefully get it back

Safe location. Beds super comfortables. Good price. Lots of options to eat (restaurants) in the same block. Rooms are small in the top section. Look very close when you order the breakfast since it is served by a Thailand restaurant.

The hotel room was good. The pillows were a bit hard for me. Staff were friendly and cleaned well. The minibar was well stocked. The TV was much better than in cheaper hotels. Based on room and service, I’d stay again—except the lift didn’t work one night, so I had to walk up six floors. However, the breakfast setup would make me reconsider. You must fill out paperwork daily and hand it in quickly, as food is made first-come, first-served. If your paperwork isn’t picked up right away, you wait longer—an unnecessary hassle on vacation. Breakfast offers one drink from three options and eight food choices, always the same. Service is slow; one day we waited over an hour, which is simply unacceptable. Last year, I stayed at a cheaper hotel with slightly lower room quality, but they had a daily buffet: fresh coffee, two type of fresh juice jars, 4 to 5 fresh fruits, several egg dishes, and other foods. Choices changed daily, likely based on what was available, which seemed less stressful for staff. Maybe my expectations are shaped by last year’s hotel, where the buffet let you start your day immediately and always fresh fruit.

Excellent location at walking distance of many restaurants.

Hotel mentioned about breakfast included, not true. Serve you a small bkfst with either juice or coffee. If you wish to eat more or consume additional drinks they will charge you. And charge you as if you are eating at the airport (prices). Don’t have enough hotel resources for example. Asked for an iron and took it back due to someone else needing it. For additional people to stay they charge in US dollars $100 per person. Other hotels I had stayed at don’t even charge nothing close to that. Maybe the owner is trying to get rich quick. Stay away. On check out.. receptionist do not communicate well with eachother. Prior date for check out the day shift receptionist guy called me waking me up that I needed to check out. I reminded him to read his notes and I had scheduled an agreed later check out time with hotel. He said he apologized and blamed it on prior receptionist didn’t inform him. Where’s the communication?! I won’t be staying at this hotel again overrated and poorly managed. Be warned.

Excelente location. Safe and walkable

La vista del cuarto esta excelente. Piso 11. Mientras más alto más bello. Acceso a restaurantes al frente. No olviden visitar Hojaldrería y comer alfajores de corazones. El desayuno que incluye en hotel esta justamente al lado y está muy bueno. El hotel estaba limpio. El personal es muy atento y nos complació en el escogido de la vista del cuarto. Queremos regresar, somos de Puerto Rico.

Stayed here on a few different reservations. This particular stay the hotel had no hot water, so showers horrible. Also, the breakfast in the morning is at the attached restaurant. How any place can make toast that dry amazes me. No fruit (only hotel in 100 in Medellin without fruit) and the restaurant staff were not friendly Now, having said this, the hot water issie got resolved for future stays and I just went to Santa Elana down the road for breakfast. So, five stars in that case

Simplemente espectacular! Este hotel superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el primer momento, todo fue impecable. Está ubicado en una zona muy segura, con fácil acceso a transporte y rodeado de excelentes opciones gastronómicas. Incluso hay un restaurante fantástico justo al lado, ideal para una cena sin complicaciones. La habitación… ¡una maravilla! Amplia, silenciosa y perfectamente equipada. El colchón es de otro nivel: firme pero cómodo, ideal para descansar profundamente. Las sábanas y almohadas son de altísima calidad, suaves y frescas. Dormí como nunca. Además, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto y es silencioso, al igual que todo el cuarto. El televisor tiene una muy buena resolución y una buena selección de canales, lo cual se agradece para relajarse un rato. Todo está pensado para el confort del huésped. Y lo mejor: el servicio. Cada persona del equipo fue amable, atenta y profesional. Da gusto llegar a un lugar donde te hacen sentir bienvenido y cuidado. Sin duda, este será mi hotel cada vez que venga. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Everything was close by, The staff was always pleasant, The one thing my husband and I did not like was the breakfast choice, It was very limited the same thing everyday, it would be wonderful if they can change the menu and add pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and some type of protein besides eggs. That was one of the reason I chosed this hotel, other than that my 4 night stay was fenomenal.
