Nice place and a big balcony, the room is clean and okay. But the check-in is a little bit too long. Will be back soon!

Highly recommended, with its comprehensive apartment facilities. The location is especially strategic, close to public facilities and easily accessible transportation.

There should be a telephone in the room for communication with the front desk. The front desk isn't open 24 hours a day, either.

Stayed from 28-30 Jan 2026, absolutely quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, and everything ready in the kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely no issues and will book again. 10/10

Highly recommended for a stay at The H Tower, Rasuna. The price is affordable, the apartment is super spacious, the facilities are very complete, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the location is very strategic, close to Plaza Festival, the Rasuna Bus Stop, and the Rasuna LRT Station. Plus, the city and sky views are really beautiful from the room! This makes me want to stay longer at The H Tower, Rasuna!

Nice and spacious room, great facilities. Lots of culinary options in front of the apartment. Recommended for return visits. Close to malls and hospitals.

The location is close to Pasmingfest so it's easy to find food, but if you want to try using the sauna you have to ask for permission first, it's not on standby.

Checked in late to find hairs on the bed & sheets. Complained & it took them 30 minutes to finally change everything. Small cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinets. Had to rewash plate and glass utensils to use. At night I found a small cockroach crawling towards the bed.

This is my second time staying at villaloka, the location is strategic, all facilities have been fulfilled and the service is very good and fast. My family and I really enjoy the atmosphere and the beautiful city view. Recommendation, the next vacation in Jakarta will still choose the H Tower Apartment.
