Unfriendly staff, did not honor reservation, unwilling to help, sketchy guests (saw a guy drunk going around bothering guests). Terrible experience. Dis not want to put my family in this sketchy hotel anyway

Upon arrival, the front desk told us that they do not have an agreement with Hotels.com and they could not honor my reservation. It was a plain refusal of service. No other option was provided. I was not able to stay the 2 nights planned and Hotels.com has not reimbursed my money either.
