It seems the owner wasn't paying attention to the app when someone ordered, so he wasn't prepared. But oh well.

The staff was friendly, but none of them were on site, so we had to wait quite a while. The facilities are standard, but the lights kept going out during showers, possibly due to insufficient power for the water heater. Another important point, in my opinion, is the condition of the gate, which is quite narrow and inconvenient for vehicles entering and exiting. That concludes my experience; I apologize for any rudeness.

The service is excellent, God willing. When there's a complaint, it's immediately checked and repaired. The location isn't too far from the Clock Tower, either.
