On my two month tour around europe, this was my favorite hotel so far. Very helpful staff Great breakfast Very clean and modern rooms Great location. It is obvious that the managers and staff take pride in their hotel. Highly recommend.

Perfect location in the middle of town. Perking is an issue and public space is limited.

Staff were nice and rooms/hotel was clean and neat. Breakfast was good.Hotel location was great. Cons - had to pay to use parking, hot tub and sauna, so we didn't use them. Carpets need to be replaced as they are well worn. Overall good experience.

Fantastic stay! The location is absolutely amazing—right in the center of everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The ladies at the front desk were exceptional—kind, caring, professional, and always willing to help. They took care of all my needs and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great little hotel in the city centre … very well appointed room and helpful staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Really great location. Overall, 4 stars from me (gusting 4 1/2) … for the reasonable price, I doubt you would find a better one in the city centre.

Loved this hotel and would stay here again. Great location tucked away just off Macedonia Square, steps from the river, waterfront restaurants, and the Stone Bridge to the old town. Also helpfully next to a mall with a Vero supermarket on the lower level. The staff were so kind and helpful. The decor is dark as you’ll see in the pics, but I found it atmospheric, ymmv. The breakfast buffet is small compared to bigger hotels but it had everything we wanted (eggs, grilled veggies, sweets, bread and jam, fruit, juices, cereal etc.) Could get lattes or espresso if you asked. The little eating/sitting area in the front window of the hotel is great people watching. There is a small fee to use the pool, we didn’t check it out. Note that it’s on a pedestrian-only street, which is nice once you’re there but a taxi will have to drop you at the big Arch (looks like Arc de Triomphe?) around the corner. It’s only a 1 min walk but can be tricky to see it the first time.

I truly wished I was able to stay here longer and enjoy the spa services. From the moment I arrived, I was treated very well. I hate that I can't remember the gentlemens name who checked me in, but he asked if I wanted any food because it was late and he was willing to go on his break and get something for me. I ended up walking with him and he tried to pay for my food! It really shows how generous and kind the people here truly are. The day time staff were very kind, the property is clearly well taken care of, the bed and pillows were comfy and you had options of firmness for pillows. The property was beautiful inside and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. I very much loved my stay here and would recommend anyone else to come here too! I travel A LOT, and this place really impressed me from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. They even gave everyone some chocolates as they left. SImply amazing and in a perfect spot to walk to all of the local sites, with plenty of food and drink options within steps of the hotel.

We absolutely loved our very brief stay at the hotel. The location is perfect with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and points of interest all within a short walk. On arrived we were greeted by fantastic staff who really made the effort to ensure we could make the most of our stay. It really made our stay. The room we had was excellent, and the bed so comfy!!! We have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the city. Finally, thanks again to the team. You left a fantastic impression on us and yes, if we are back in Skopje, we will be staying with you!!

The staff was atentave and friendly. I traveled with my family and we had three rooms. They were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is great.
