Fantastic location, very close to Pile Gate, within the city walls. Very clean. Rooms renovated recently. Reasonably quiet despite closeness to Hard Rock Cafe. Would definitely recommend it.

Great accomodation right in the middle of everything. Will surely stay again if I happen to be back to Dubrovnik.

Great location just inside the Pile gate. The staff were polite and helpful. Room was lovely with high ceilings, 2 windows, effective A/C, great double windows for sound, spacious bathroom, lots of storage. Would definitely stay there again. 2 Adults in our group.

Tomas was excellent about communicating with us before check-in. He arranged for Ana to have our room available so we could drop off our bags early. Ana was kind-- and strong! She carried both of our bags up the stairs . The room was spacious and very clean. The double windows kept the noise out. It was quiet despite being next to the Hard Rock. The location was ideal - just inside the Pile Gate entrance. If we were to return to Dubrovnik, we would choose to stay here again.

Location, comfort and staff were amazing !

Very clean and modern inside with good AC, comfortable bed. No elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs (no ground floor rooms). Lots of food options within 2 minutes walk.

Good value and very comfortable. Just inside the main gate, perfect location for wheeling luggage. No main reception but Tomas was friendly and available for check in and any questions. Hard Rock Cafe is opposite but double glazing was excellent and music did not go on too late. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredibly well located stay. Inside the old city and the tourism office. Extremely clean well equipped room. Would strongly recommend this place 👌

Very clean and excellent location inside the Old Town. Accessible to almost everything. Maybe a microwave, or coffeemaker will make it perfect although there is Hot and Cold water dispenser at the corridor

A hidden gem! The property offers rooms only (no lobby, restaurant, etc) however, the rooms are large and impeccable. Highly recommend!!

Great location just inside the Pile gate. Small guest house with modernized rooms and very helpful staff. Quiet at night as restaurants are not open late.

The apartment was wonderful, very clean and modern. Great location for a single traveler without a car. I felt very safe. The only small criticism is, It was difficult to find. Maybe if they mention it is opposite the Hard Rock Cafe it would be easier to locate. Tomas’s communication was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment to any traveler looking to stay in the Old City.

We stayed at Klarisa Palace Rooms for 4 nights. It is ideally located, only a few meters from the Pile Gate. Although there’s no elevator, you don’t need to negotiate the street stairs with your luggage (which we realized it could be a pain). The room we had was clean and spacious for European standards. We noticed a slight smell from the bathroom drain from time to time (typical of old buildings), it didn’t bother us that much. It was a great location and highly recommend it.

Perfect location in Old Town with easy walk to dining, walls, tram and a delicious gelato!! Thanks to Thomas (hotel) and Ante (driver) for a great start to our vacay!!

This was a really nice place to stay in an excellent location. It is right in the middle of Dubrovnik and to say it is walking distance from the sites would be an understatement. You can get to most sites within a minute of walking from this place it is so well located. The room itself was quite good and fairly comfortable. The bed was a little hard, but it was tolerable for a few days. The attendant of the property was very responsive and nice. And you do get a small discount in the gift shop downstairs which is helpful. I would say that I did not like their Wi-Fi. It did not work very well at all. I even had the attendant work on it and after a while he was able to get it to work OK again for a few minutes and then it crashed. That is fairly substandard for the industry so that is why I am given this place four stars. If I had not had that problem it would have been a five star review.

I couldn't recommend these rooms more highly. Their position right next to the Pile Gate means easy walking access to Dubrovnik Old Town from the bus and taxi stop, it is an short stroll to all the main sites and you are opposite the entrance to walk the walls. The rooms are spotlessly clean with every comfort considered, and minimal noise from the town thanks to the double glazed windows. We were made welcome and our host gave us helpful tips about the town and organised a taxi to the airport.
