The location is convenient for getting around. Hotel service is decent, but I had to get my own toothbrush and razor. Considering the high room rate, the fact that I had to get these things myself felt unprofessional. My room had mold on the ceiling near the entrance. The room itself was okay, but a little improvement would have made for a better experience.

When I selected the room, it was advertised as a Double Room with City View, but when I received it, it was a windowless room.

We love this hotel, need to improve cleanliness and also staff service. Other than that, all is good.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience felt worth sharing. The room looked quite different from the photos and had an odd, uncomfortable vibe. I was honestly glad my stay was short. There was a strong bleach smell the day I arrived, it was overwhelming and lingered on my clothes and hair for days after! My family had the “Family room,” also looks different than photos. Had to go up to L9 and take stairs to the 10th floor. Cleanliness was also not the best. What really unsettled me was returning to the room before checkout and finding two cleaners inside, sitting on the bed & chair on their phones. It caught me completely off guard and made me feel uncomfortable enough to leave right away.

Terrible! Check-in was at 2 PM, but they told me I wouldn't have a room until 50 minutes later.

I saw good reviews so I came to try staying and I was very satisfied with the hotel here so I came back again. The room was beautiful, just like the picture. The hotel is in a convenient location, quick to go anywhere. The receptionists were very cute, and the security guard was also very enthusiastic. 10 points for this hotel and it will be the hotel I choose when I come here.

Room lock and card are broken, can't get in. No hot water for shower. Room design is not functional. Facebook fanpage staff answered guests but didn't have anything. When I asked at the hotel, the staff said yes.

Overrated hotel. Overall, newly built, clean, friendly staff. But here are the things we feel let down: - When we arrived, 2 guards were at the door but didn’t bother to welcome/help us with the luggages until we tried to bring the luggages up the stairs. I noticed they helped the other guests but not us, perhaps we are too Vietnamese to be a guest. - The receptionist didn’t explain the facilities to us, I had no idea there were gym, sauna in the top floor until I read the reviews. The receptionist also didn’t inform us the chairs/table downstairs are from the cafe, perhaps because we book the “no breakfast” tier. I thought it was a common area/lounge to serve breakfast so I was surprised when the staff brought a menu to me. The price also didn’t include VAT and if I had known, I would be happy sitting in my room eating banh mi rather than paying 67,000 for a bad coffee. - The small room is small, it looks exactly like photos but they took from a good angle, so I didn’t know it was that small, not enough space for luggages, and only a few cloth hangers. So don’t book the small room if you have luggages. - AC is weird and has water leak, and the remote is not compatible. Water leaks from the sink as well - The street is one-way for cars and the hotel is located in the other side, so whenever you book a taxi you will always cross the road, be aware of that I would say the location is really good and it’s what makes the price, but I would not come back. Definitely not recommend if you are with baby/kid

The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, located right in the center, very convenient for traveling. The hotel is beautiful and clean. If I have the chance, I will come back.

Due to the cancellation of the room at another hotel, I had to rebook a room at Metrolux, the price was a bit higher but the experience was very good. The staff was friendly, the attitude was very nice. The location was in the center so it was convenient to move around, there was a convenience store opposite ☺️ The room was clean, the facilities were also very complete, no strange smell. Recommend 👍
