Upon entering the lobby, the scent of lemongrass emanated from the room. Standard rooms only offer twins, while doubles are available only in suites. The shower head was low, but after a complaint, the water flow was adequate, though not particularly strong. There were no clothes hangers in the room, and no stirring spoons for tea or coffee. Breakfast was delicious and did not disappoint.

My favorite hotel when visiting my children who are studying at UIN, the place is comfortable, cold AC, hot water, complete amenities, delicious breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room and toilet were clean, the TV was smooth, and the lighting was perfect for me. I'd love to stay here again.

It was quite a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi wasn't reliable and could be improved. There was no bottled water in the room. The bathroom wouldn't lock, so the hotel needs to fix it. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it was delicious (appropriate for the price, I guess). Check-out was very quick. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

There's no bathroom door lock, no toilet paper, otherwise it's OK... hopefully they'll add more rooms and more double bed rooms

2nd time staying here, comfortable place, good breakfast, only downside is room 217, small shower and not hot water..

I initially stayed here for 3 days but ended up extending to 7 days because the suites were so comfortable, especially. Although I didn't get one on a high floor with a city view, my family was really happy here. Close to a mini market. Lots of food and snacks because it's close to the campus environment. What's a bit unfortunate is that the bathroom floor is flat from the door to the shower, so even when we're taking a shower, the shower door is closed, it can still flow out to the sink. There's also only 1 water drain in the shower cubicle, so the water that leaks out to the area around the sink is hard to dry and makes it damp. I often have to ask housekeeping to clean it. The breakfast is good but I think it can still be improved. The service is also good, but it can still be improved. Overall 8.75/10 for the price and what we get, it's quite worthy. Moreover, there aren't many hotels in Ciputat.

For the place/location, it is highly recommended because it is IN THE UIN JAKARTA ENVIRONMENT. I got room 216, it's okay, the downside is there is no tissue, no trash can. blanket, towel FRAGRANT VERY. For breakfast, I think it's too salty. But it's relative to the taste. ALL FRIENDLY ....... maybe it hasn't been prepared. And I also didn't complain at the beginning. Because I happened to bring my own tissue. I put the trash can in a plastic bag that I happened to also bring to bring snacks. For those who need to take their sons/daughters to UIN and live far away. THIS HOTEL LOCATION is very helpful.

The hotel management is really bad, the rooms are never cleaned, even though they complained to the receptionist, they threw things at each other :)

After staying for 9 days, the room was only cleaned for 1 day. I confirmed with the receptionist every morning that it didn't matter.

The room is cleaned by request, but it is still not cleaned even though it has been requested. The staff has no communication with each other, even though the room is quite good, the service is quite bad.

Very satisfying stay here, the room is also big.

The room is comfortable, spacious, complete amenities, there is a complete teapot, bed sheets, blankets, towels that smell really good 🩷, delicious breakfast, the customer service is handsome, friendly and great, I will come here again next time.

Stayed here with family while surveying children's boarding houses. The location is strategic in the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah campus environment. The room is clean, fragrant, comfortable, complete facilities. New hotel but the service is really good. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Want to stay here again if I miss my child who is studying at UIN 😊
