I am clearly disappointed with this motel. This is a motel and not a hotel. It is in the red light District and there are “call girls” coming and going all night. They charged by the hour at this hotel… Also the safety was very limited and music and loud partying could not let me fall asleep until four in the morning decided just to stay there was many reason why l I would never recommend why you should stay here lastly do your homework and read the customer complaints greatly disappointed by the website, and it was not listed as it should be Definitely do not bring your children here. I do not recommend this hotel. It was nothing like it was announced on the website. there were more dirty channels than regular channels.

No floor towel, no closet no nothing, no place to hang your clothes.

The cleaning girl stole my girls wallet. And the receptionist didnt help at all. Said it was our fault leaving her wallet in room. Wow!!!!@

I love this little hotel. It is clean, modern and has nice air conditioning and very comfortable beds. It is now my hotel of choice when visiting Tijuana.

El cuarto está pequeño y no tienes escritorio o clóset, la cama es cómoda y hay aire acondicionado, hay opciones de cafés y restaurantes caminando.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located close to many restauarants and stores. Very fair price for the quality and location

The actual size of the room is smaller than how it appears on the photos. The bath towels were super worn out and the shower drain was partially clogged. There is ALOT of foot traffic all night long which prevented one from sleeping. Lots of people coming & going from midnight to about 4am. Then construction noise began about 6am.

There is a wonderful birra spot right up the hill from this also like 2 blocks there is the downtown there are small cafe's around and lots of stores

Good location clean and good price

Nice if your looking for the bear bones. It's cheap but not in the bad way. You just have to serve yourself.

The hotel is nice and aesthetic but the walls are extremely thin you can hear EVERYTHING from the next door people. There was a room that was loud all night with music, had to ask staff to ask them to turn it down but noise reduction didn’t really go down except music like 30 minutes later. 5 am and they’re still so loud. Not sure why staff doesn’t have strict regulations on the noise to be considerate of other stayers.
