I enjoyed my stay very much. The best hotel I've had in years. Clean rooms. Shower very performant... 100% cotton bed sheets... close to many restaurants and a huge ad quiet park where it is possible to read and rest for hours. They have rather small safe boxes (I could not put my computer in it)... other than that it is a very recommendable hotel. I sure will book a room there in the future.

The property has excellent conditions. Rooms with latest tech, bathrooms very well maintained and great comfort. Staff: professional, friendly. Restaurant and bar: excellent quality and prices. Walking distance from many interesting places.

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tipico. The hotel is ideally located to most attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Rooms are clean, clean. Air conditioning works perfect. Amazing shower...more water coming out of the waterhead than any shower I've ever used. Hot water galore. You won't be disappointed at all!

El hotel está ubicado cerca de muchas de las atracciones y restaurantes de Orizaba, la atención de el personal es muy buena, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y comodas, solo recomendaria poner un espejo en la recamara y no solo en el baño, además en el baño sería de utilidad colocar algunos ganchos o por lo menos uno para poder colgar prendas o toallas, fuera de esto todo está muy bien!

We loved our time in Orizaba and our stay at Tipico H&R so much. Our room was like brand new with an amazing shower and it was extremely pet friendly. The park near by is paradise for dogs and people alike. Special thanks to the manager Jean Paul and to Karen for going beyond the call of duty. The restaurant was great, probably the best in town and it stays busy.

Convenient centro location. Property was clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable and relatively quiet. Everything worked. That said, TV froze a lot using YouTube. The Alexa vocal controls for lighting and climate were awkward so I just used physical/handheld controls. Lots of ghost lighting at night from various devices. There is no floor lip/rim to shower; despite my best efforts water spread to center of bathroom and around toilet base. I had to use floormat to wipe up excess water after each shower. Restaurant was convenient especially with heavy rains. Good service overall. Portion sizes vary greatly on the menu so I found it best to ask server ref each item. Refills are available for coffee in mornings but they must be ordered from the start a specific way. I used luggage storage at front desk for my late bus departure after check out hours. Staff was polite and professional.

The family suite was perfect for four adults, offering plenty of space and comfort. If you're bringing a pet, be aware that it costs about $45 per night. For me, it was worth it since the hotel provides a designated grassy area exclusively for guests, making it convenient for my dog’s potty breaks. Additionally, the hotel is located near the main park, which features two dog parks—a great bonus for pet owners. Communication with the front desk was seamless, especially via WhatsApp, which I highly recommend using. The staff were always helpful and attentive. Another highlight is that the hotel is part of a restaurant, so you can enjoy delicious churros delivered right to your room—a definite plus for me! Overall, I would gladly stay here again. The only downside was that parking is not included, but the parking garage they use is very close to the hotel, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Tipico. Our room decoration was really beautiful and the whole brand tries to highlight the local traditions which we thought is amazing. The restaurant is also great, we hope to be back in the future.
