There are so many great things about this property. Beautiful property, large clean comfortable rooms with great ac. great beach and location. helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Short taxi ride to the center of town. Great beachside service. Good food. The only downside we found was, if you get to their breakfast after 9am, it is a little chaotic. They run out of things and you are left waiting, for example, they have juice but no cups, and by the time they have cups the juice had run out because people are always refilling their glass. So eventually they catch up but it can take like 20min. The omelette line can also take quite a while. We had to clean our own table a couple of times because the staff is busy refilling things that they can't bus tables. It seems like a staffing issue honestly as we would only see 3-4 people out there working their tail off for a restaurant full of people. If you make it before 9am though, you're good. It is also family friendly. We noticed the pools were full of kids, and the adults seemed to prefer the beach. Great massage place on the beach. Good restaurant next door. Walking distance to a mini market. Overall it is a really nice stay and a great location.

Amazing hotel and staff. More choices on the menu would be fantastic. Special thanks to Cesar the bellboy and Jorge at the restaurant. They make our stay great and lovable.

Excelente hotel, la playa casi privada con camastros de sobra, 2 piscinas y un buen servicio. A 10 minutos del centro caminando por la playa. Solo una recomendación hacia el hotel, es que el desayuno empiece mas temprano que las 8 y media

La ubicación es en la playa más bonita de la isla, la propiedad está impecable con mantenimiento, habitaciones espaciosas y todo muy limpio.

An absolute gem!!!!!!! It was perfect for a getaway that was both relaxing and adventurous. My blue had everything we needed right at our finger tips, a short walk to downtown, a brilliant and helpful staff, a restaurant and breakfast with a stunning view right on the property, help getting us to and from the airport, clean, cool and comfortable rooms….. what’s not to love! Highly recommend.

Very good value for money. Well located, not too far from DT but you feel you are isolated! Very good place for a relaxing stay. The personnel very good too!

The stay was incredible! The front desk guy that checked us in super informative as it was our first time in Holbox. The hotel is super clean and amazing food at the restaurant. The front desk helped me schedule the tour at night and we had a blast. We will be back soon Holbox!

The hotel was beautiful

Great place to stay at in Holbox, the beach out front of the resort was perfect. The pool with a view of the beach was also amazing. Breakfast every day in front of the beach was a huge perk. I’d stay here again my next visit to Holbox.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. We had booked 3 standard rooms and they were perfect. The rooms and their bathroom and all facilities are clean and updated, all of the food and cocktails that we had were great, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Both pools are nice and just a short crossing of the road to the beach and chairs also there. It is within a mile and usually less to anything that you would need to walk, bike or taxi to. This was my 4th visit there and would easily book the same place again. Some nice things to know is you have beach towels in the room and they will change them out daily or anytime at the front desk. There is a small refrigerator in the room that we used. There are a couple of bars and super mini and atm within a short walk.

Location: awesome , near everything but far enough away too Staff: awesome, very helpful at all levels and functions Weather: awesome Food: good. Breakfast Buffett was decent. Good way start the day. Only super minor complaint would be the acoustics of the hallway on ground floor really carried sound. Likely carpets with all the sand pulled from beach by hotel guests would be a nightmare but if I had one thing I’d try to change, that be it. Other than that, five stars. Five happy stars. Excellent!

Pretty and clean property. The hotel is on a quiet stretch of beach, about a 15-20 minute walk into town. The rooms are large and clean, but not very soundproof. Bring a sound machine! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the pools were clean, and the sunsets stunning!
