Hubo música y ruido de personas à altas horas de la noche 2 de los 4 dias que dormí en ese hotel

It was clean and the staff was very nice. Gina from the front desk was amazing. The bar service was excellent.

Only one lady in the front desk was nice . The breakfast was just fine. Cleaning service was good. Pool : good and very warm

Good option near baño del Inca and has its own thermal pool tho not everyday. Bed is comfortable just not enough hot water to shower. Breakfast is small and basic tho enough to start the day. The welcome drinks were so nice and the staffs were friendly. Overall a good stay!
