Cleaning staff was excellent and kind!! A few “beware”, I’m 5’10 and the shower was incredibly small. The doors open inward and can scrap your foot if you’re not careful. Oh and you gotta take very quick showers because you will run out of hot water… also for the cost of the room, there is a charge for bath towels even though it says it’s included in the room??? 2€ per?? upgraded to the deluxe room and was very comfortable. The mattress needs some work.. Another thing, on Expedia it says check in is 2pm, but there is no one there until 3pm. Reception is limited and not the kind but whatever. Also where I was close to was on the highest floor, no elevator, and it is located in the middle of mountains so u will be getting a calf work out. Close to many metro stations and bus stops.

The website was not clear on bathroom availability. All of the facilities that I looked at noticebly states shared bathroom on the main/first description! I specifically looked for this because I did not want to deal with a shared bathroom! I looked further onto the details and about information and whatever else and it states bathroom and then under that shower or tub and then down under that shared bathroom. I tried calling Expedia to clarify and confirm, but could not get to a representative. Upon checking the staff shows a bathroom stating its shared but I dont have to share it because the other rooms were vacant. After getting situated with my bags I go into the bathroom and notice just how small the shower actually is. Barely look like it could fit one person even. I go to the male staff member and inform him im not pleased with this situation and that the site was not clear in regards to having a shared bathroom. He understood and states that they can refund in certain circumstance and could talk to the manager. He states that she said its non refudable. And then I notice that I dont have any towels. Staff member states that I would have to pay for a towel. Im like never in my life have i seen this. What did I pay for when I made the reservation! I call Expedia to inform them of this wehole situation and after a couple of disconnects. I get a copout story of thwres nothing we can do. The property controls everything. Expedia is affiliated/promoted on your website!

Very clean. Bed sheets changed every day and towels provided, very pleased with my stay

It didn’t state clearly that this is a hostel; with a shared bathroom and no air conditioning. It is very noisy with families living there and sharing the bathroom with you

I contacted them for a change and they said it was all Set. After, they completed my reservation and didn’t let Me know that they did it and now I have to fix my whole itinerary for my trip.

Friendly personnel

Room was very small and it was not clear in the description that it was shared bathroom. The receptionist-young lad was smoking in the kitchen-not very nice. Location was okay.

Off the beaten path, check in was not 2:00, but 3:00, and a bed, shared bath, microscopic kitchen is all you get. It’s on the 3rd floor, no lift and no common area to relax. I recommend “The Lost Inn” instead.

Nicht zufrieden stellend

Lugar bem localizado, comodidade de ter a cozinha compartilhada foi ótimo e atendimento muito simpáticos, foram extremamente solicitos em nós atender para guardar as bagangens antes e após check-in.

Leider kam unser Flug zu spät und wir konnten nicht einchecken, Rezeption ist nur bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt, daher empfehle ich, vorher anzurufen, wenn man zu spät kommt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber, man muss nur bis in den dritten Stock steile Treppen hoch laufen. Allem, in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Shared bathroom!! Hotels.com didn’t show that. Also said check-in at 2pm, but it’s not until 3pm… which is very annoying when it’s up a giant hill and nothing interesting near. Super tiny room, hard to even find place for a small suitcase or even move around the bed. Tiny bathroom not in a good condition at all. Very easy to hear everything outside our room. At least bed was good, there was a ventilator, staff was friendly and cleaning was fine.

Jeg vil ikke anbefale Divine House of Graça hostel. Værelset var enormt lydt, og der lå lange hår på gulvet fra en tidligere gæst, da jeg tjekkede ind (manglende rengøring). Badeværelset var meget lille, og køkkenet manglede udstyr.

C’était petit mais sympa. Très propre.

Zu eng, auf 5 qm haben die 4 Etagenbetten reingequetscht, einige Zimmer haben kein Fenster!! Wie in einem Gefängnis ohne Fenster ohne Luft..

The hostel was comfortable and cozy and also clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a storage furniture where you could put your body clothes. It is difficult to communicate with the guy who takes care of the hostel. Although I wrote via WhatsApp, I could only get a response after 4-5 hours. I wrote to check out on the last day, but he did not respond. I sent a message saying thank you and that I left the key on the door, but he still did not care. I do not like to see people like this.
