I wasn't able to check in since I arrived late and no one was at the reception and no one to answer the phone. I request the charge be canceled since I wasn't able to even stay there

The room was large and clean. Shower setup was nice. They had a basic free continental breakfast which was appreciated. It was quiet as well, just some occasional traffic noise. The only thing I'd have liked was a more secure lock on the door. There was only a push button knob lock.
