A very friendly staff who made me feel at home. For a more peaceful stay outside of Rome by a train station which is convenient I highly recommend this hotel

Very modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were particularly engaging and caring. The only downside/disappointment was the lack of a coffee maker and/or electric kettle and a refrigerator plus the fact that there were no drink glasses in the room. We asked at the desk and were goven paper cups.

the place is very clean, quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly

Everything feels freshly renovated or new. The room and bathroom were very clean, and most welcoming of all was the front desk's (Ashley) helpfulness and friendliness. Would definitely come back

There is no elevator. There was no coffee maker, or anything for you convenience. Not really close to restaurants. There is a bar connected but they close early. The property is located next door to the train station. If you fly in from FCO, it’s about a hour by train to the hotel. Traveling to Rome of Vatican City, is about 40 minutes by train. Eco-friendly is not always guest friendly. Be aware that the key to the room controls the electrons it has to be turned in to the desk when you leave the premises. So the air conditioning is not left running to keep the room cool. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
