Tricky to find the office. The GOS brought us into the back of the property. The office is located off of a one way street. But we got there with the help of a staff member. Comfy quiet bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again with them.

We stayed at Tobermory Suites and Inn over the Victoria Day long weekend and it exceeded every expectation. The staff went made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location puts you within minutes of everything Tobermory has to offer, and the large parking lot was a huge bonus especially travelling with a motorcycle and a car. Everything about this place was worth it and we will absolutely be back.

Parking is interesting but not limited. It’s around the back of the building which is fine. Remote property so very little traffic. It’s a very quiet area. Loved the view from the balcony! The A/C was perfect, kind of loud but I think that’s typical of most hotels. :)

The staff were very attentive and accommodating where possible. They helped ensure that we had a mini fridge with a freezer, which was required for some medication and freezer packs we were traveling with. Unfortunately the wifi was down which also seemed to effect the TV, but the staff reimbursed us some of our stay to compensate us. Overall, it was a great stay! We would stay there again.

Wifi was not working. So had a little inconvenience.! But the property was clean and well maintained. Rooms had a beautiful view.. would be good if the rooms had a coffee machine for the price they charge for the rooms. Rest all good

Everything was fine but their WIFI was not working but owner credited money. Overall good experience

Great clean room! No tv and thin ceiling as we were kept awake by the people walking above us.

Reservations manager Carla has poor communication skills . Did not take accountability and infact blamed us -the customer. Horrible service on her part! Definitely needs courses on how to treat paying guest. We reserved and selected the OPTION to"pay at property" this infact was NOT an option. And NOONE was in the office. Erin the manager is very new but pleasant. She was approachable and responded within a reasonable time. The property was overall clean but had really bad spider webs all around

Visitor center is 5 min drive. AC was very loud. It is not a hotel, it’s a clean motel with very small bathroom. Bedding was clean, hard surface floors; It is self service.

While the room and all was wonderful, brighter reading lights would have been better. Also, a place to sit rather than the bed or high stools would have been nice.

Rooms have been updated, overall pretty clean. When we first arrived the bathroom had some crumbs and the odd dead bug in there. Doors and windows are horribly sealed as our second night we had hundreds of small bugs pouring into our room. The hotel manager Erin was amazing as it was 10pm and she was there within 10 minutes to get us into another room. Overall it was just a lot of money ($190 per night in off season) for decently clean rooms that need better sealing

The only issue we had was that there wasn’t a light in the main area. Unable to read, had to use the flashlight on my phone to use the microwave and electrical outlets. Also did not like the TV, no mainstream TV, unable to watch News or sports. Very disappointed to have missed the jays game.

Great and comfy overnight stay. Clear communication and clean room.

The property was excellent, the view was awesome. The TV was totally confusing and there was no coffee in the room, but otherwise a great place to stay.
