Great place

When we were on our way to the hotel at 10pm we received a call from the hotel telling us the room we booked (with the jetted tub) was no longer available. They offered us a double room at a reduced rate ($10 cheaper) instead. Which wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't had to walk the whole length of the property AND up a flight of stairs carrying our luggage and valuables from our car. Only to arrive to an unclean non-smoking room with cigarette burns on the carpet, in the tub and on the toilet seat. All in all the stay was disappointing.

The hotel is very outdated , the room has a stale smell almost that of like old cigarettes ( even though the property is no smoking ) the beds are in wooden frames converted by carpet and very thin. It was clean no issues at all with that !

Best value for your dollar when staying in Red Deer

It was the perfect room. Air conditioner had poor cooling. Too warm for good sleep

The room is much better than what I had expected for the price. My preference for beds is soft, theirs are not, so if your preference is a firm bed you’ll be delighted. There are no fridges so don’t come expecting one. The staff were incredibly polite, personable, and helpful. The room was clean too.

It was older, but it was clean and maintained. The staff were very friendly. Close to what we needed for the weekend.

Overall nice enough stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and had really good amenities.

Staff were easy to talk with. Continental breakfast is good. I don"t like their coffee it was so light doesn"t taste good. Location is good.

Budget and accessibility

They seem to give my room to someone on higher prices. They were deliberately rejecting transactions on my card and made up story that my card is not working and therefore can't give me the room. I never come access such a situation where staff is unprofessional and deceiving the customer. I used the same card dame day for another booking with out any problem. I will strongly recommend that never ever book room with them.
