Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.

Nobody at front desk between midnight and 8:00am. The soundproofing is poor because we can hear everything through the walls. For Expedia bookings, you'll get a room facing the highway and parking lot. It's very noisy, even with the window closed. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

It was a small charming place too bad breakfast wasn’t included, but there was a Tim Hortons a couple of minutes away.

Chambre propre. Tranquille. Chambre assez grande et claire. Indications pour accéder à la chambre peu claires. Agente à l’accueil peu agréable, froide et ayant peu ou pas de service à la clientèle. Rigide, peu souple et bête. Agente à l’accueil le matin = très agréable et bon service à la clientèle.

Everything was great only two minor niggles. The bathtub was slow to drain and the air conditioning outlet was partially covered when the curtains were drawn
