Very nice accommodations and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The views are outstanding from the common area upstairs are very comfortable. The two breakfasts we had were simply outstanding. We were joined by other guests at the well planned breakfasts and had very nice conversations. Again, the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The only issues we had were with communications before our stay. We had made several attempts to contact the property to determine if our washroom was an ensuite that was accessed directly from the bedroom. We were unable to determine this, and found that we had to leave our room to the main downstairs hallway to access the private washroom. The washroom entry was directly beside our door. One of the hosts mentioned that they had been having issues with the communication services and were working to rectify. I should mention that our room (The Queen) is the only room without an ensuite washroom and it would have been helpful for us if this was made clearer in the description. The washroom is completely private. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thanks you again to our hosts.

Did not love this property. We really wanted to as the views are lovely. But the hosts were not welcoming, infact in the morning they were no where to be found, other guests were knocking on our door looking for them. There was dirty dishes from a previously served breakfast all over the table. The rooms weren’t very clean (throw pillows covered in dog hair) the common areas on the deck were not cleaned up or ready for guests (no cushions out). Overall just seemed like there was no effort put into customers. I would not recommend or return sadly.

I booked this hotel for a very important event and specifically chose it because of its location and quality. Unfortunately, when I arrived the night before my event, I was told that the hotel had overbooked and could no longer accommodate me. Instead of honoring the reservation I had already paid for, they sent me to a much cheaper hotel that was clearly not comparable. They claimed they would cover the replacement stay—but did not actually pay it in full. When I checked out, I was forced to pay additional charges out of my own pocket. What is most unacceptable is that while they failed to honor the reservation, they also refused to issue any refund, hiding behind a “non-cancelable” policy—even though they were the ones who denied the service. When I raised this issue, the staff were rude and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility or provide any meaningful resolution. Being turned away at night, right before an important event, created unnecessary stress and disruption. Overbooking is the hotel’s responsibility—not the guest’s—and handling it this way shows a complete lack of accountability and basic professionalism. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone relying on this hotel, especially for an important stay.

Beautiful home, delicious breakfast!

Wonderful stay, wonderful hosts, great location for Surrey/White Rock base. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything about the property, the staff, and the amenities are first class. A great location with unlimited views of the water from the lounges and dinning spaces. Breakfast was a complete hot and cold meal and I can still taste the fresh cinnamon buns!

This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. I told him to change the bedsheets and there was broken glass under the bed. My two year old son hold that and I had a pictures I show it to property manager. He said he did already clean up there but this property was so messy. Staff did drink and he was so rude and 10 o’clock he told me to go out from his property than I booked the hotel and I moved out from there, I will not recommend this unsafe property to anyone else.

We stayed at garden view room. It was very clean and amazing ocean view from common area, excellent breakfast.

The owners were very welcoming and the location and room was great. The breakfast was wonderful as well.

I rate this B&B two stars because they need to post a Beware of Dog sign outside the home and the pool table room where the dog hangs out. Also, it would be a wise idea to keep the door closed to the pool table room with a sign saying “by permission only”. These measures, along with verbal reminders at check-in, would go a long way to keep guests safe and the dog getting reported to the authorities.

The garbage can in the kitchen was full when we showed up and some banana bread on the counter that was offered to us was moldy. It is a very nice property and we loved the upgrade we received. Thanks Jorge

What a lovely house and the views were fantastic. The wonderful breakfast was served in the dining room which is upstairs where the fabulous views are. The bedroom was very stylishly decorated and the hosts were helpful but not intrusive.
