This hotel failed to send me the code to get into the hotel and I was left stranded outside, never able to check in, and they refused to refund my stay. Ridiculously unprofessional.

The staff were absolutely lovely and friendly. Breakfast was limited but very good, with cold and hot options.

Information about the TV channels, breakfast and the pool - we couldn’t find it- would be helpful

The location was great, convenient to both the beach and town. Parking was available nearby.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Good restaurants nearby. The pool was very small, more jacuzzi size than pool size. The rooms are off the atrium so can get noisy. Really close to the beach and beach towels are provided. There's a kettle and fridge in the room. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Alicia was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Excellent location, only a 3-minute walk to the beach. No parking onsite which is typical in Spain, but there is a public lot which was about a 20-minute walk and €14 per day. Several nearby dining options and a few small stores to buy snacks. It was about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral but lots to see along the way. Solo traveler and would highly recommend.

Nice clean room in very well located hotel. Very few electrical sockets in the room made things a bit awkward.

Absolute gem, lovely building, great welcome, just a stride to the beach, very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Lovely rooftop solarium with views to the sea and across the city. Unbelievable price too.

Lovely clean room with 2 small balconies. Great shower, really comfortable king size bed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good - 2 mins walk to the beach, plenty of places to eat and not too far from the main sights.

Great location near the beach and in the historic quarter.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful in providing suggestions around the city, calling a taxi, and helping with questions about the room. The breakfast selection is small but really good quality - don’t miss out on the fresh squeezed orange juice, it’s a must try! The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room is well shielded from outside / street noise, but the one drawback is that the walls between rooms seem to be rather thin - you can hear sounds from the inner foyer and room next to you pretty easily. Other than that, this was a very restful place to stay very close to the Caleta beach and 10 min walk to the old town center. Overall I really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice place and helpful friendly staff

Excellent service, super friendly. Our room was comfortable, the shower was fabulous, and the neighborhood is quiet, yet easy walking distance to lots of the main attractions.

Ok. A touch pricey, but it was a Saturday night. Spotless room, with coffee machine and four capsules. Did not like the decor - shades of grey and lack of colour. Would not choose to stay there again.
