The room was really small. The bathroom can do with some updating. Overall, while the location was good, the size of the room made for a bad experience.

This is a very cute place and I felt safe traveling alone. Many places are around the corner from here, like all the eateries at the zocalo square and the mercado. Great staff.

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are nice and comfortable. However, there was a lot of echo in the hallways, so when people passed by or came back late, talking loudly, it was easy to hear them from inside the room. Other than that, everything was fine, and overall, it was an okay stay.

Loved the location, room was comfortable, would prefer a comfortable seating area in room or hotel but highly recommend this hotel. Lovely staff!! Great chocolate across the street!!

Location is great, the rooms are decent, the only thing I did not like was that Expedia showed that there was no rooms left with one bed and the price for two beds was higher, to my surprise when I go check in, is that they had enough rooms with one bed and I was overcharged.

Not very visible from outside but once you are inside is a different story, really nice hotel, service is great. I booked online and had no issues. The room is small but nice. The area is really walkable and easy to get everywhere.

This is my place to stay, very friendly staff and always attentive to details. One block away from the zocalo and restaurants.
