It was fun, the grandchildren were happy swimming and playing.

Everything is okay, except the breakfast food has no variety at all, it's not as good as a regular 4-star hotel, even though the breakfast at the Marriott Group is quite basic.

From the beginning of our arrival until check-out, the entire staff welcomed us with the warmth of Pontianak's signature hospitality. One of the most special things that we will always remember is the surprise from the hotel for my wife. On the first day of our stay, which coincided with my wife's birthday, the hotel unexpectedly gave us a sweet surprise in the room. This personal and thoughtful touch of hospitality really made my wife's birthday celebration much more memorable! The hotel's facilities and services are also very satisfying for a family vacation: * Swimming Pool: Very kids-friendly, safe, and the atmosphere is so fun for children to play in the water peacefully. * Rooms: Clean, spacious, and have extra comfortable mattresses for a relaxing family rest. * Service: All staff are very responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist our needs with a smile. It just so happened that the water in Pontianak was salty. However, the Four Seasons Hotel provided water dispensers on every floor, so I could still use the dispensers for basic laundry. The staff were all very helpful and informative. Understandably, given the smoky weather and salty water, the hotel remained neat and clean, making my overnight stay comfortable. Thank you, Four Seasons.
