beware of fraud.. I was asked to fill in the link because they said my booking had not been entered so I had to fill in the link. when I filled in the link I was required to log in to my traveloka account, I followed it but strangely I had to enter a verification code from there I felt strange. I filed a complaint for a traveloka refund and provided evidence of the fraudulent chat but it was rejected. hopefully no one else will be deceived and traveloka can be more considerate of its customers..
