Don't ever stay here. The hotel is terrible, the rooms are awful, the sheets smell bad, the bathroom is dirty, the hallways are dirty and noisy, and there's no dedicated hotel parking. The price is unreasonable, and the quality is very poor. You can't get your sheets changed because housekeeping only works until noon. Bellboy? Security guard? Don't expect any. You can't change rooms either. Booked for a group and the rooms were all terrible. The rooms are terrible, and the service is also absolutely zero.

Booked the highest class room with the lowest quality. Terrible. This isn't my first time on business in Sangatta, but this is the worst hotel there. The sheets are musty and sour. The hallway is noisy. The hot water switch is broken. I couldn't complain about changing rooms because everything was so bad. Housekeeping only works until noon, so I couldn't even ask for a change of sheets. TERRIBLE.

In the highest class (executive) for groups. Rate almost 1 million per room. ROOM UGLY OLD HAUNTED. Hard mattress, musty, smelly. Hot water can't even cool. Complained still can't change rooms, probably because everything is in bad condition. Asked for cleaning, but it turns out housekeeping is only until 3 pm. Dark hallway with noisy fan that enters the room, like a guesthouse. I'm not going to stay here. Better to stay in a cheaper guest house, the quality is the same.
