The staff was helpful, providing electrical outlets, but the bathroom was uncomfortable because it was open, even though I'd requested a closed one. Furthermore, the water in the bathroom suddenly shut off.

The location was okay, the vibe was okay. However, the towels were shabby, the toiletries were minimal, the floor was sticky, and the water was very low.

There's Netflix. Got the Lawu mezzanine room. When checking in, you have to turn on the AC at the coldest temperature because if you don't use the AC it will feel hot and stuffy. Literally the room is cool, okay. However, the bathroom for me who is 175cm tall feels cramped. Facilities get mineral water and can be refilled in the kitchen!!! But the amenities towels and soap were even out yesterday, not refilled by the staff (next time check okay!). Asked whether I was satisfied or not, I answered very satisfied. It was really comfortable sleeping on the mattress and pillows, because they were clean.

It is also very easy to find food since there are plenty of dining options nearby. The check-in and check-out process was easy as well. We arrived early and were allowed to do an early check-in with an additional fee that was still quite reasonable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When our shower had a problem, they fixed it immediately. The kitchen area was also clean, although the equipment was not as complete as at home. However, for us as parents traveling with a toddler, it was very helpful for warming up food and cleaning milk bottles.

No amenities, AC is too cold

The place is nice and comfortable, but the only downside is that there is no thermos to make hot drinks and no drinking bottles, so when you come thirsty you don't know what to drink.

The staff are easy to contact, the service is good, there are motorbike rentals, close to the city center.
