The owner and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast is banh cuon, bun cha or instant noodles with eggs. The room is not big but for 2 people it is just right. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and modern. However, to walk to the beach and restaurants is a bit far, about 700m. And at night there will be quite loud bar music.

A bit noisy because there is a lounge next door but they moved it here so it's okay, friendly owner, close to the beach, reasonable room price

The staff and owner are enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is next to a lounge so it's noisy at night (especially on the 3rd floor and below) so I had to ask the staff to change rooms, however the owner said that the other restaurant had moved in August so if there was no lounge it would be fine, breakfast was free to choose what to eat, near the beach, 10 minutes walk to the beach, clean room with full amenities
