The place was very clean and spacious. The only problem was that there’s no Wifi. Tried to contact support many times but it was not resolved. Noone came to fix it and customer support stopped communicating.

Possibly one of the worst stays at a place I have ever had, smartflats the company as a whole is a catfish nothing like the pictures or descriptions. If you are confined to a wheelchair or have problems walking the lift doesn’t work which they know about There was dirty food left in the fridge and laundry left in a cupboard There was needles and drug packets left on the stairs going up to the room Overall AVOID booking here

WIFI did not work. I called and they daid they were worki g on it. I started reading prior reviews and turns out Wifi had not worked 2 weeks prior to my arrival. Also the master vedroom sink was clogged. I made contact with maintenance and advised them of the problem, they walked into the apt saw the priblem took pics and never fixed it. We also didn't have handsoap and they still didn't do anything about it. In other words, the apartment is nice, but us tourists sepend a lot on Wifi to plan our activities and they did not care and obviously have not cared about it for a while.

Lift does not work meaning climbing 10 flights of stairs each time and one of our party has a bad leg. Sofa bed has broken legs and does not sit right when pulled out. No linen is available for the sofa bed. Only two sets of towels provided for 3 people. TV does not work. Shower has no attachment clip so you could only hold it to shower and no rain shower head on it even though it has a function for one with water just pouring out of a hole in the taps Picture in bathroom is broken and window in living area badly cracked just in case you decide to take that from our deposit. All in all a very poorly prepared apartment for anyone to use. All of this information and photos where sent to Smartflats for a form of refund but no luck as yet!

When we arrived, the primary door was broken. When we were given the instructions to enter the flat, the combo for the immediate door was cut out in the instructions. Had to call smart flats to get the combo but what was more troubling was that it appeared that the staff we called was not aware of the status of the property on site. Upon entering the facility, we were surprised that the elevator did not work (no signage indicating it was out of service) so we had to carry all of our luggage up to our flat on the 5th floor via the stairs. Once we settled in we were able to connect to the WiFi which was great. . . for about an hour before that went out and it never came back on throughout our stay. The shower in the bathroom had a broken bracket for the shower head and the drains for the shower and the sinks were slow. In one of the sinks we investigated we pulled a lot of hair out. While the flat was furnished with plates and glasses, there was no silverware to be found. We had to go buy silverware in order to be able to eat our food properly. While the flat is perfectly located, it is a bit of a gamble when you book there as there is no manager on site. Overall, I’d recommend spending a little more money and booking at a proper hotel than this place.

Having booked this without reading reviews, then reading all the terrible reviews, I was scared! I think it rather expensive, considering. Maybe having such low expectations is making me rate it higher! Luckily we were only on the second floor (the lift/elevator is STILL broken). The area itself is grand, there's shops & eating places nearby, & only 10 minutes walk to the main train station. The bus stop to the airport is only 2 minutes away. There's a swimming pool right beside it too but we didn't try it cos my boyfriend doesn't have Speedos and they're compulsory! The lock on the door is dodgy & difficult. Getting in in the first place was difficult too (and I was dying for a pee!) though they did then send the codes when I messaged, but trying to even figure out which keypad did what was confusing. The bed's comfortable and the bedding's nice but there's no headboard. There's no soap in the kitchen, toilet, OR shower- all bottles are empty. I tried to dilute one with water but I didn't know the bottle was cracked, I ended up putting water on the floor. The towels are good. The blinds/shutters are really dirty as all the other reviews said, but they're outside in the balcony so that didn't bother us so much. They do work and make it dark much to my relief. The balcony's good. We were there Mon & Tue nights so it was quiet enough though the building makes weird humming noises and the broken lift a high pitched noise all the time. Didn't try oven. No TV. Es lo peor de lo peor, el elevador no funciona, tuvimos que subir una cuarta planta con equipajes, de lo que ofrece la propiedad casi nada funciona, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, no habia gel de ducha, tuvimos que comprar al igual que el papel higiénico. A la hora de llegar a la propiedad tuvimos que llamar a Expedia para que nos ayudaran a entrar porque no habíamos recibido los códigos, perdimos mas de 2 horas, le recomendamos a Expedia que los eliminen de la lista porque son unos incompetentes, somos personas mayores y cón problemas cardíacos, osea que solo podiamos bajar y subir las escaleras una vez al día, vamos a hacerle un reclamo a la tarjeta de crédito por todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos en ese desastre de propiedad.

Problems from the minute we arrived at the property. Door was faulty. Parking garage unavailable. Worst of all was that the lift was broken (we were on the fifth floor with lots of luggage). There’s no one on site, so I had to call the call centre, but did get through. As I was on the call, a guy starts hassling my wife and kids at the car for money. It’s not a safe area. Also, there appeared to be three separate other parties struggling to get in and were outside for ages. Once inside, all the electric blinds were broken. So we were unable to adjust anything. Insufficient linen for the number of guests we had (5). There were no cooking utensils. Two frying pans, one of which was broken. Kettle was broken. What I will say though is that Expedia were good in sorting it out for us afterwards. But avoid Smart Flats under all circumstances.

We booked 2 apartments. In our property we found - 1) Sink was clogging so can't even brush the teeth 2) the shower door was broken so had to be super careful 3) Blood stain in the bedsheet, but the cleaner was very good. He immediately changed it. 4) No extra bedding for sofa bed. When we messaged the property, all we heard back was - we are sorry to hear.

Our experience was honestly terrible. We booked this as a last minute necessity and I regret not spending a little more money somewhere nicer. We were given the wrong code to retrieve our key from the lockbox. The front door was falling off its hinges and once we entered, the opposite side of the door handle was on the floor. Needless to say we didn’t feel safe staying here. Had to barricade the door to feel semi-ok spending a few hours here. The floors were dirty and there was a pee stain on the comforter on the pullout bed, along with another pee stain on the couch cushion. On the main bed, the sheets were lackluster with a towel-like material and a “fitted” sheet that wasn’t fitted nor covering the entirety of the bed. Plus, there was hair and dirt on the bed. There was only two bath towels for four of us. The shower door also did not seal properly so water would pool in the bathroom. There was also no extra blankets anywhere in the unit. At least the help number was accessible? Only plus.
