Very pleasant stay, comfortable beds and very good daily buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the entrance and restaurant of the Hotel but I wish that the bathroom would have been a bit more updated. The room was clean and the terraza was nice too! It was hard to get from the airport to the Hotel because of traffic and many roads were closed but once we were there it was so close to the Zocalo which I loved!! Definitely walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes.

My family had an amazing time in Hotel Catedral. The staff was extremely helpful and provided their services to make our experience one of a kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel not only due to the location but the staff.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff! The hotel breakfast every morning was delicious and provided us with the energy for each day's adventure. Can't wait to return for our next trip to CDMX!!

Staff was rude

Very good value, this is a very nice hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The rooms are clean spacious and the beds are comfortable. The only criticism would be that my fellow guests didn’t know how to close a door quietly at night. Earplugs made all the difference and maybe I go to bed too early.

Beautiful place. Clean and safe area that was walking distance to lots of places we wanted to see

The location is perfect, just across the Presidential Palace, where the president lives and works. The hotel room was very quiet despite the noise outside. There is an archeological site on the basement which can be seen through glass. Amenities are great (minibar free of charge). Just make sure you get a room in the renovated tower.

GREAT hotel location! Many museums, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. The terrace was a great meeting spot and again, the staff was super attentive and friendly. The room was cleaned promptly and water bottles were replaced daily. There’s also water coolers in the lobby and coffee stations. I enjoyed the bowls of fresh fruit (guavas during our stay) which was a great treat anytime you exited or entered the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay at Hotel Catedral!!

My stay was amazing, it was my second time and it was better the the first time I stayed. I arrived earlier than check-in time and they let me check in early and upgraded me. There’s always water, tea, coffee and snacks available. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the location within steps to the Zocalo. I added the breakfast buffet and it was delicious!

The hotel was wonderful. Great location. The breakfast buffet was very good. Many choices. Enjoyed the 5th floor bar/ hangout, and the 6th floor over look. Again a great location to the historic center. Also found y that their recommended taxi service was wonderful at a comparable price to Uber. We didn't realize this until Uber driver didn't respond in a timely fashion and they got us a cab which was around same as Uber but nicer cab.
