I loved staying at Hotel Victoria in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco. Mi room was small, but the amenities made up for that. The bed was super comfortable, AC available, and the bathroom was super clean. Loved their quality complimentary bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner. Every detail of the room was made to make every guest feel pampered. The phone did not work to call the reception desk or call for room service, but otherwise everything else was fantastic.

This place was amazing, staff was attentive & friendly, room was clean/cleaned daily, breakfast was great and delicious saved on a lot for mornings, the property itself is beautiful location is pretty much in the middle of town, will come again soon

The people there really do care about the comfort of the guest. The overall experience was excellent. I would recommend this place any time.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance from downtown. The rooms are clean and the AC works. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of dishes( fresh fruit, pancakes , omelettes , chilaquiles)

Great location, great staff. Full Mexican breakfast included. Comfort and secure parking, just a few blocks from the zocalo. The room amenities were a little sparse : no cups or glasses, wonky electric outlet, bed a little too soft.

Small hotel, not many guests, very clean , friendly service, good rate. No elevator.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel in the heart of this very cute and unassuming Pueblo Magico.

Parking was a little limited but the staff was always very accommodating and found parking spots. Staff was helpful and welcoming

Staff was everywhere. Never felt like I couldnt be attended. From parking lot to front desk to cleaning service and restraunt.

A boutigue type hotel in a pretty area beside a park. Onsite bar & dining. Walking to shops and other eateries was easy. Very pleasant. Easy to get on the highway

The rooms are recently renovated. The buffet breakfast is fabulous. Live music for Sunday buffet
