The employees do what they can with what they have. You can feel the tension in the air. This hotel used to be better, the amenities need some updating, everything looks old and in need of proper maintenance. The location is convenient

Lobby nice, check in process fast, staff was also nice. Rooms were outdated, you can hear all outside noise.

Broken AC had limited accommodation and downgraded our room from king size bed to twin

Great place to stay when passing through Hermosillo. Easy access, clean and safe.

Property was older but comfortable. The hotel was on a busy street but our room was quiet. We were on motorcycles so they put us right beside the front desk. Very convenient. And they had a pool so all very good.

Good hotel and will probably be better once they finish the renovations. There was confusion in that Expedia said that breakfast was included but in the fine print it was for an additional cost.

I stay for 3 days and my trailer light passenger side was damaged like it was been stolen by people front the same hotel not staff

Over all the place is nice and clean but don't go when it's cold because they don't have heat in the rooms, it was nice and chilly night at 51 degrees at night

The room was difficult to find. Beds were uncomfortable and the ac wasn’t as cold as we would’ve liked.

El buffet dejó mucho que desear, la comida fría y con mal sabor para el precio q este tiene esperábamos algo mucho mejor. A algunos integrantes de mi familia les causó malestar estomacal.
