Good location opposite Botanic Gardens. Plenty of parking. Good sized room with comfortable bed. Adequate, served, breakfast.

Well placed, near and tidy. Just what we needed to walk into and out of the city and its amenities. Useful parking too and a good breakfast

The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean as were the common areas. Every member of staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast ample and delicious.
