Very nice environment. The room was pretty clean I definitely stayed there again.

Grounds are beautiful! Dinner was ok. The rooms are dated and really need a renovation. It’s surprising to drive up and see the beautiful grounds and then you walk into the room and it was very stark, minimal amenities and in major need of renovation.

This is a great hotel, great location, extremely clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The WiFi was a bit unreliable but it is obviously not a major issue.

The hotel is really nice, and the staff is kind and professional. The only thing that wasn´t perfect, was that early in the morning there were children playing outside my room and they woke me up. Also, the restaurant has great music but at some point they had electronic music and was tough to tolerate because it could hear it from my room. Apart form that, and still, I would go back. It´s perfecto for staying in San Cristobal. Thank you so much!

I loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and kind. I had two rooms - both overlooked the courtyard and were beautiful. Exposed beams, great pillows, delicious breakfast, and perfect location.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location with restaurants and markets nearby Although Expedia mentions they will arrange airport transport-they don’t and we were disappointed that they didn’t respond to our enquiries about that But I do recommend this hotel

Tranquilo y bonito. Ama luidas en el staff y a unas cuadras del centro turístico.

Room super clean, front desk super friendly. We got there before check in time let us leave our luggage meanwhile our room was ready. Would definitely recommend hotel.

Location is convenient to the main square. The water took a good while to heat up (on-demand heating). The TV was frankly awful -- it rattled with any bass audio, and we had gotten spoiled with Roku TV whereas this one was strictly cable and not much of interest. The breakfast was good. The walls were paper thin and noises carried. Good front desk help though.

The hotel with out doubt was clean , had helpful staff and great onsite restaurant. The only downside was the wifi in my room did not function properly.

Ok, beds not good. Room didn’t have much to offer. Bugs get in too easily.

A fabulous hotel that I highly recommend. Beautiful, well-kept, and a pleasure to stay at. Attractive rooms with beds that are very comfortable and the staff is wonderful and attentive. A great location close to the main square but not in the thick of things. Look forward to returning.

Real great place real nice weather went in April 19 stayed 3 nights close to most things super very attentive to detail and our needs very quite and Tranquil,, nice gardens loved the whole experience

Una excelente ubicacion y atencion del personal.

Solo te dan 1 cajón para estacionarte aunque hayas rentado 3 habitaciones durante 3 noches cada habitación, y te cobran el estacionamiento por noche o lo dejas afuera. Solo te dan 2 toallas aunque sepan que la reservación fue para 3 o 4 personas por habitación. La chica de recepción le falta calidad de servicio.

Está muy lindo el hotel se sentía limpio y cómodo, la atención fue buena. El primer inconveniente es que el tercer día se escuchó demasiado ruido del piso de arriba , estabamos en habitacion en planta baja. Nos despertaron los ruidos muy temprano en la mañana. Otro tema fue de que en el área del lavabo hay tres tragaluz que quedan encendidos en la noche y parece que es de día en la noche. Llamamos a la recepción y nos dijeron que es luz del pasillo de las habitaciones de arriba y accedieron a apagarlo. La tercer noche parecia que no querian acceder a apagarlo porque habia huespedes que aun no llegaban a dormir. Aun asi lo apagaron y nos dijeron que en caso de que llegaran los tenian que encender.

Está bien para dormir , mal Servico en términos generales , les falta criterio y profesionalidad , sugiero capacitación al personal , están en un hotel en un lugar turístico donde tiene q ofrecer otro tipo de atención
