The hotel is very nice. We did not know there was a strong perfume smell through the whole hotel and room. So we had to find another hotel, no refund was given even though we haven’t even been in the room for 15 minutes. We had the employee change the sheets for us but nothing worked so we had no choice but to leave. They should put strong scent through hotel when booking. We are very sensitive to smells.

The room was clean, large and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The whole space is beautiful and the staff were very helpful.

El hotel está ubicado en una calle con mucho tráfico de camiones y hay mucho ruido, lo que hace difícil dormir. El personal de recepción es muy poco amable. Hicimos check-in con un señor de nombre Francisco que fue muy poco cortés y se burlaba de las preguntas que se le hacían. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento y recomiendan uno a algunas cuadras de distancia a pesar de que hay un estacionamiento cruzando la calle que está bien.

Rooms were very nice and large and beds very comfortable. Everything is very new and updated with nice air conditioning. The staff was pleasant but not overly so. The price includes a free “American Breakfast” their words not mine. Only real complaint is there’s no coffee in the mornings when you wake up and if there is it’s cold. Walking to OXXO just sucks before you’re even awake.

Incredible! Beyond expectations. The room was so nice, beds were the best ( I checked the mattress to order for home!). Staff were lovely. Little touches were so well received- biscuits in room, text before arrival, snacks in lobby. Just brilliant.

Beautiful, clean, great hospitality

The staff at the Milo hotel was amazing. The property is beautiful and close to the zocalo. Its walking distance to many places. It has a beautiful rooftop restaurant with amazing views. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a small living area. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside it no elevator if you have trouble walking up stairs and taking luggage up and down was a pain. And its nothing that would keepme from staying again.

Enjoyed Milo Collection for the last four nights. From the moment we arrived staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decorated nicely and very spacious. Nice to have bottled water in the room and a small treat each day. Housekeeping was amazing. Felt safe when walking to and from the hotel. Easy walk to the main square where there was lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, walkable were the weekend flea/farmers markets. Continental breakfast was fine. Breakfast menu available if you wanted a more substantial meal. There is also a Sunday buffet which had a nice variety.

Beautifully restored old building, the rooms were large and nicley decorated. The staff went above and beyond to please us. Would definitely stay again!

Muy lindo hotel boutique, fuimos en plan familiar y fue nuestra primera vez en la Ciudad de Puebla. Muy céntrico de todos los museos y el personal muy amable.

We were happy to find The Milo available for the last 6 nights of our trip. Close to the Zocolo and other areas of interest. We had room 10 and were happy but there is some street noise. Try room 12 or 2 for a quieter room but I don’t think you will have a window to outside. The hotel is charming especially the top deck restaurant with the views and excellent service. Thank you Daniela and Hugo! The front desk treated us so graciously. Annie is spectacular at her job. We felt like family. She looked after every need we had with the utmost attention. The hotel is very secure which is important to us as women travelers.

We loved it from the moment we walked in! The beauty, the atmosphere and every staff member we encountered was over the top helpful, courteous & kind. Truly 1-of-top 5 places we’ve stayed in our many travels & experiences abroad.

Front desk lady Guadalupe is very helpful , going a mile ahead and going the extra mile in order to have the guests with a great experience.. she really knows what hospitality means.....simply she makes you feel at home away from home . Congratulations Guadalupe keep the good work
