Th rooms were very beautiful. They were very traditional, but not giving you that old run down hotel feeling. The garden was plush with all sorts of beautiful plants like you were in a jungle. It was nice walking on the trails they had through the grounds. The staff were very friendly and most of them spoke English well. One thing I like is that there are only around I think 12 or so rooms, so they can attend to every little need you have and quickly. The food at the restaurant was very good as well.

Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to staying here and although the place was beautiful the service unfortunately dampened our stay. From the rude door man who couldn’t find our reservation, to no one helping us with our luggage, the service just didn’t match the price point. Drinks at the pool were slow and we had to look for someone to take our order. I only saw one other couple staying there the night we stayed; so the lack of attentiveness was unacceptable. Anyway, I would not recommend for the price point unless you are just trying to stay somewhere gated with nice grounds.

I’ve been coming to this property since it opened and have not stopped coming. It’s a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the town of Comala. It has our heart. You will be in complete tranquility as soon as you enter this little magical paradise! The food, location, amenities and service will have you coming back year after year!

Pasamos un fin de semana padrísimo. Las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones super cómodas. La alberca super a gusto y el servicio tanto en restaurante como en alberca de lo mejor. ¡La comida deliciosa! Sin duda regresaremos

Lo rescatable es el personal, su buena actitud. Pero el hotel no cumple con las expectativas en cuanto a calidad y precio. El jacuzzi no tiene hidromasaje entonces real es solo una tina caliente al aire libre. Y un detalle terrible es que para que te salga agua caliente en la regadera del cuarto hay que dejar tirar el agua (esa fue la solución de recepción) por entre 7 y 10 minutos porque el boiler está lejos de la habitación. Con tanta escasez de agua en el país y ellos pidiéndote que tires litros de agua para poder bañarte con agua caliente me parece lamentable
