Quite comfortable, good service, good food.

The villa is very close to Silangit Airport, only about 20-30 minutes away. The villa is beautiful, with mountain views and cool air. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is top-notch. Yesterday, I ordered fried kwetiaw (rice noodles) and andaliman fried rice, both of which were absolutely delicious. Definitely worth trying.

It's simply unreasonable to incur a late checkout charge of less than an hour. This notification was only given an hour before the normal checkout time. This should have been announced at check-in or an information pamphlet should have been provided inside the villa.

Staff was nice and helpful, place was generally clean. Please place some air refresher in the bathroom. Please put out some restrictions on the pool usage, some guests decided to cook a meal using a portable stove in the pool bungalow. Food was okay, it'd be nice if there are more local coffee options on the menu.

Since the villa is new, it's comfortable to sleep in, but the bathroom water isn't working properly. The location is great, perfect for morning jogs. The staff, in particular, need retraining, as they're not very friendly, especially at the reception, where many seem to be clueless. The food is mediocre and needs to be improved. It's a shame, as the place is already nice, but the service needs to be improved.

The location before reaching the center of Balige is far from the crowd and still far from Lake Toba, suitable for those who need a quiet place, the staff is very helpful and responsive, the room is very clean and spacious, the bathroom is very clean only the water pressure from the shower is very disappointing (can be improved to be perfect), the terrace is full of insects and ants (when making up the room the staff has cleaned it), the play facilities in the villa area only have a small swimming pool with cold water. Overall, it is very suitable for travelers who want healing / refreshing.
