We absolutely loved this location. We had one of the larger units with a beautiful large soaker tub, which we didn’t have time to use unfortunately but the bathroom was amazing. The rest of the unit is quite small. The staff was very nice and the free lockers for use for your bags after you check out it was very helpful to us so that we could go explore the city. It had everything that we needed for our one night and I would recommend it. I just wish we had stayed two nights in that city. It was beautiful.

Clean room with a comfortable bed, long pillows and a great bathroom. Good location close to both the old town and the more modern shops, bars etc. Likewise, right next door to the beautiful park!

The rooms are new, fresh and extremely well designed. The beds are super comfortable and there is enough room to hang clothes, work at a desk and still have a mini fridge. Location is superb.

Great deal at $85 for a basic room in a central location.

Over all a great stay with an amazing attention.

Convenient to shop eat easy transport to attractions.

The code for the door was an issue as the receptionist did not explain that the door code was not the same for the front door as the room. We couldn't get our bags and there was no one at reception. The code for the door was different and it would have been great if this has been explained to us. The receptionist said the door codes were the same so we were locked out.

There is a bar at the ground floor... For going out: perfect. For sleeping: not suitable. 🙂

Justo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Limpio, bien ubicado. Personal atento. En una pequeña plaza moderna cerca de transporte y a distancia caminando de lo más importante.

Gerne wieder

Ett mycket bra hotell med hög standard och bra läge till allt i Bilbao. Rummen var fina och moderna i ett lugnt och skönt område. Kort avstånd till shopping och restauranger i Gamla stan och ca 10 minuters promenad till Guggenheim. Dock fanns ingen frukost på hotellet men det fanns flera fina konditorier i närheten.
