Great accomodations, easy parking, clean and comfortable.

Good location. Nice and quiet, spacious room. Comfy bed, kitchenette is nice to have. No cable but has Google TV. Unfortunately though, no USB charging ports in suite so remember your cube! Snacks and coffee available but no milk or coffee mate for coffee. Gave same feedback about the little things to staff on site so might be different next time. Overall, excellent stay. Will stay again.

Probably one of the most affordable hotels I’ve been into. Went to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend here and it had everything we needed there and it has Netflix and Prime video with accounts!! Highly recommended!!!

I was greated with warmth & kindness by hotel staff. The room I had was fabulous....it had everything I needed. I highly recommend any of my friends & family visiting New Westminster to come and stay here. I will be staying here in my near future visits. 😊

Staying at the New Royal Inn (boutique hotel) 5 nights was such a wonderful experience. Our bed (and bedding) was very comfortable and the entire unit was very clean. The kitchen was also well supplied with dinnerware, utensils, microwave (and airfryer!). Everything felt new. All staff were helpful and so kind. It was a pleasure to talk with them because they were friendly and attentive to our needs. The location is convenient as well. There are lots of excellent restaurants among other shops and drugstores on 6th street. The New Westminsted Quay is nearby and it's only a 30 minute drive into downtown Vancouver. We always parked on the roof but underground parking is available too. We will definitely stay at the New Royal Inn when we visit the Lower Mainland again. Thank you for making our stay so nice!

Process for late check in was unique but once I understood the process it was really okay. Try to make it before the front desk person leaves. It will be easier but again the check in process was not difficult once I understood the process. Room was very spacious and lovely. Lots of great amenities. Booked another stay in 1 month because the place is so awesome.

Little hidden boutique hotel in New Westminster. It was clean, comfortable beds, coffee, tea, granola bars were provided for guests. It was a nice stay for the one night that I stayed.

Loved the kitchenette, staff very helpful, good info in the info book, easy checkout, good location. The room was too warm at night, air conditioner woulf only run sporadically at night but kuch more during the day. The reverse would be better.

No staff members at midnight, but a security guard who hands over the keys.

Nice clean room. Check in after midnight and limited availability if front desk are the only issues.
