The room was damp and moldy, and I couldn't sleep. I checked out one day early.

The room is quite spacious and conveniently located, but the staircase lacks lighting, making it inconvenient to navigate. The area leading up is also unclean, looking like an uncleaned storage room. The biggest drawback is the lack of parking; you have to park at a nearby apartment building. I checked the description and it didn't mention parking, so guests will be at a disadvantage in this situation. Overall, it's okay for tourists who don't stay long, but I wouldn't recommend it for those traveling for work with motorbikes.

One of the worst stay ever ! The room looked like never been cleaned, dusk & stain every single corner ! The tower look like a decade usage..nothing is took care !

The hotel's photos didn't match the description; the room was dirty, old, and smelly. There was no elevator. There was no reception staff to assist; I called multiple times but received no answer. Before arriving, I had informed them I had a lot of luggage and needed assistance. Upon arrival, I called several times but no one answered, and my messages went unanswered. More than 20 minutes after my arrival, someone finally answered, telling me to leave my large suitcase downstairs and someone would bring it up. When I checked in and asked why the room didn't match the description, the hotel said it was because I had booked that particular room type. I asked why the picture of the room I booked was misleading, and the hotel told me to contact the app to resolve the issue and blocked my calls.

The room was dusty, the slippers were covered in grease, the table was quite dusty, the bathroom was okay, changing the bed was no problem, the support was pretty good, but checking out at 12 noon was my problem, even though I checked out earlier than expected, they asked at exactly 9 am, "Are we out yet?" Huh? Why ask that? I'm out on time, right?

Booked a room with a balcony but it turned out there was no balcony. The room was on the 4th floor with stair access, no elevator at all and no staff at all to help. The stairs were so narrow and dark, it had a rather scary vibe, like an abandoned homestay. The bathroom was outside the room and looked like an old bathroom. There was no service at all. It really didn't match the picture posted here. Don't let anyone get fooled again

Booked a room with a balcony but got a room with a window, it was cramped, the dust had not been swept. While I paid more to book a room with a balcony and had told in advance when booking. Hot water is sometimes available and sometimes not The kettle does not fit the power outlet, I wanted to eat noodles at night but could not boil water. The room has no lock. The landlord gave me 3 keys but none of them can lock it. I have to take my things out everywhere because I am afraid of losing them. The air conditioner can only be turned on/off and cannot be adjusted There is a desk but the power outlet is broken The wifi is unstable, the internet is sometimes available and sometimes not The landlord is basically not very concerned about requests. Just please be understanding.
