Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very clean

This hotel is exceptional value. Staff are kind and extremely helpful, nothing is a problem for them. Breakfast is basic but fresh and filling and the staff will ask if you'd like them to make you fresh scrambled eggs, you'll have fresh fruit and always available tea. Some issues though, no bedside lamp, no extra blanket and it gets really cold at night. I was on the second floor corner and the curtains don't completely block the very bright outside streetlights. In addition the glass above the door allowed in a very bright hall light. Great location, a short walk to the historic district.

Clean rooms, staff was amazing, we only stayed one night, but Violeta and family accommodated us, we had an early tour, and she prepared lunch bags for us and our kids, thank you so much!

The property is small, but it serves our purpose. Staff do not speak fluent english, but very cooperative. It’s reasonably very good price. Good breakfast in the morning and 10 sol lunch, which is the best value for money. I recommend to stay here.

Staff, convince, food, clean

Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. No issues with hot water. Only inconvenience was distance from main attractions/center of town.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The price is acceptable. There are restaurants with affordable price nearby. You can get three to 5 people rooms in this hotel. You can take a bus for 1Soles each person to the plaza armas. Taxi is only 7Soles.

Fomos bem atendidos pela a equipe, quarto com balcão amplo e limpo. Café da manhã bom, equipe sempre prestativa. O hotel é bem conservado, aparenta ser novo.

La propreté et le personnel

Excelente locación en la ciudad, desde ahí te puedes mover a cualquier parte de Cusco, el personal súper atento y muy alegre. Las instalaciones limpias; justo para personas que pasamos todo el día fuera en Cusco. Completamente recomendable, sin duda regresaría.
