Staff where very friendly and helpful at all times and always ready to help

Room wasn’t cleaned and ready but a lovely man called Ian soon came and rectified it. Nobody bothers you and it was generally quiet. Apart from Ian I only ever saw the receptionist who were very well mannered.

Be prepared for noise, opposite rooms is the Bowl and Sing, where lots of that happens
