Located in an alleyway, but with ample space for two cars to pass comfortably, quiet, 24-hour check-in, affordable, and clean.

The couple were so lovely, they showed me all the places to buy delicious food in Hanoi. It was a fantastic trip.

Everything was okay, except the bathroom was a bit stuffy and smelly, even when I turned on the ventilation fan for a long time.

The room was clean and well-equipped, the guesthouse owner was kind and lovely, I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

The toilet was clogged, the guest was afraid it would overflow when flushing, and it was late at night. It was 2am, I was so tired, I got up in the morning to go to the toilet, but the water still didn't go down. I just went to pee. Then I called and scolded the guest. Very rude.

The first day I checked in, the home manager said the room would be cleaned every 3 days, but in the 5 days I stayed, my room was not cleaned at all. When I checked in, there was still a lot of strange hair on the bed. The bathroom smelled of sewers and I couldn't sleep. I asked the manager for permission to change rooms, but the home didn't support me in changing rooms or provide technical support to deal with the sewer smell. After staying for 5 days, I smelled sewers for 5 days, I had a headache, closing the toilet door and turning on the exhaust fan in the room didn't help! VERY SMELLY!

The small room is quite ok and looks like the advertised photo. The location is a bit deep so it's a bit hard to find because you have to walk. The room is clean and beautiful Convenient

I booked a room but checked in late, so the home automatically accepted guests from outside. When I arrived to check in, the security guard said there were no rooms available. I called the owner 10 times but he didn't answer. I waited for an hour in front of the home. After that, the home owner proactively texted me to transfer to another facility. I also found my own means of transportation. When I asked the home for support, the home said it would only support 50k-80k. Overall, the experience was very bad, the home's service quality was unacceptable.
