Fully equipped facilities. Nice rooms. Shallow beach, many entertainment services. Only problem is the elevator is very difficult during rush hour.

Check-in was noisy, didn't know which lobby to check in at. Assigned to a room on the 2nd floor, smelled terrible of trash. The balcony was hot due to the wind from the AC, couldn't go outside to chill. Had to pay to use the swimming pool on the 21st floor. The pool was very small. The sea was too dirty, right at the river mouth. Never going back.
