Not kitchen .not tv. Nothing

The room is no as shown in the pictures. My toilets didn't work, and neither did the TV. I ended up not staying there.

Clean room, close to major attractions, but noise from outside traffic is very loud

Well, I would have liked to have some hot water to have a shower. Yes, there was no hot water in the bathroom.

I booked room 16 on the top floor, the room was clean, but there was no hot water to shower for 5 days, the toilet did flush, full of human waste. I am fluent in spanish, the maintenance boy knew nothing how to fix it, (it was the water pump). The cleaning lady let me shower once in a dirty room. This place is not maintained. I messaged the hostess multiple times with whatsapp, they used an automated robot response and did absolutely nothing. 6 days unable to shower. They stole my money and disgraced Polanco Mexico.

Singular is a very friendly and clean place to stay. If you want simple, friendly, safe and convenient
