The transportation provided is excellent. The room is great, spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Urubamba. The room was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of hot dishes and fresh fruit every morning. The garden area is beautiful, well maintained, and very charming. The hotel restaurant was also a pleasant surprise — the dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Most importantly, the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel also helped arrange a private driver for day trips around the Urubamba area, which made exploring the Sacred Valley very convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Sacred Valley.

Breakfast was okay. Somewhat limited: from 7:30-9 AM. A buffet style with limited selection (typically scrambled eggs, vegetables, a ham and cheese selection, fruit, cereal, bread, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice)

Very convenient location

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent food and service. The manager Grimaldo was very kind and attentive to us. Totally recommended.
